  • What is a Fun Casino?
A fun casino works just like a real casino, with full size roulette tables, blackjack tables and poker tables. The Lucky 3 casino hire uses real Las Vegas poker chips, cards and deck shoes, the only difference with a fun casino to a real casino, is that no real money changes hands. The guests at a fun casino play for fun money which is exchanged at the fun casino tables for casino chips which can be used in play. The players play for fun and are often awarded prizes towards the end of the fun casino night.

  • How does fun casino hire work?
the Lucky 3 fun casino hire offers a polished and professional service from start to finish. Start by calling us or filling out our online enquiry form, and tell us a little bit about the event you are . We’ll be able to advise you on the right amount of casino tables to have at your event, and give you a quote for your event. If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll put your date in the diary and then you can relax. We’ll contact you about a week before the event to confirm the date, time and any other requirements. On the day, we’ll arrive at the venue long before the fun casino is due to begin, and set up the fun casino tables ourselves. Arrangements can be made to set up the tables a day in advance if necessary. We’ll run the fun casino for as long as you need us, and then, we’ll take down the tables quickly an discreetly, and leave you to enjoy the rest of your event.

  • How much does it cost?
All our costs are fully inclusive of VAT, insurance, croupier fees and travel costs.The cost of hiring a fun casino depends entirely on the number of guests you have attending your event, the number of tables you require, the length of time you would like to have in play and whether or not you would like us to theme the night. For a fully detailed, no obligation quote, please call our friendly staff or fill in the enquiry form and tell us a little bit about the type and size of the event you are organising. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a full breakdown of costs. Our prices are not a secret, it’s just very hard to quote without knowing more about your event. If you are shopping around and are unsure of how much you should be paying for a fun casino, it’s important for you to know that no-one should really be quoting over £300 for a single table, and the price per table should decrease with the more tables you hire. There are obviously exceptions to this rule, but it’s a decent benchmark to go by if you’re looking for a ballpark figure.

  • Do we have to know the rules already?
No! Even if you have never played casino games before, our experienced and friendly croupiers will be able to explain the games to anyone who has never played before, and will continue to give hint and helpful tips throughout the night. It’s a great way to learn how to play casino games without the fear of losing any money!

  • How many fun casino tables should I hire?
This is very much up to you, however, we normally recommend one fun casino table for up to 30 guests, and more tables as the number of guests increases. Two or more tables gives you the advantage to have two different games available, giving your guests variety and choice. Your package can be made up of either roulette tables, black jack tables or poker tables. You tell us what you want, and we’ll be able to advise you on the number of casino tables you might need, but when all is said and done, the decision is completely yours.

  • What will I have to supply for my fun casino night?
The Lucky 3 casino hire is a complete service. As long as you provide the venue and the guests, we provide everything else. We can even provide a prize for the winner on request. We can also provide props, lights and other entertainers such as  DJ’s,  showgirls,  and all kind of party entertainment. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll see if we can help.

  • Can I have a fun casino at my wedding?

Of course! Wedding fun casino hire is very popular. It’s a fabulous and unique way to celebrate your special day, and has proved very popular for couples who get married abroad, especially in Las Vegas, who have organised a reception back in the UK to celebrate with family and friends. It’s a great way to bring the all the fun of Las Vegas to their guests back at home!

  • How long does the fun casino night last?
Our croupiers will deal for 3 hours continuously at your event. This does not include the set up time beforehand or the take down time at the end of the night. If, after 3 hours of play, your guests are still engrossed in game, we’ll happily stay as long as you want us there, but a very long event may necessitate an extension of the fee to compensate our host, croupiers and drivers.

  • Do you need a gaming licence to have a fun casino?
No. The Lucky 3 casino hire is fully compliant with the Gaming Act of 2005. and the Lotteries & Amusements Act of 1976 . Since we do not play with real money, there is no need for you to acquire a gaming licence.
BOOKING

When agreement has been made to accept our event quotations (either verbally or written) you enter into a contractual agreement with The Lucky 3 fun casino.   Terms and Conditions below:

1) QUOTATIONS

  •  Verbal or written quotations are subject to change at any time depending on driving times and length of time members of staff have to be on site to set-up and pack-down.
  •  Once you agree to a written or verbal quotation, this is considered "acceptance" of our terms and conditions and an invoice will be drawn up and emailed to your chosen email address. This is a contractual agreement between you the "event organiser" and The Lucky 3 fun casino.

2) INVOICES & PAYMENTS

  • Once you receive your invoice, it contains all of your event details, your order breakdown and the payment details you require. It is up to the "event organiser" to check all of the details on the invoice and inform us straight away of any mistakes or changes in the event details. A change in agreed event details (date, location, times, number of tables ordered etc.) can result in a change of the invoice amount.

  • Deposit :      The invoice contains your payment breakdown. 50 % of the full amount  if event is in 60 days or less...25% if more than 60 days and other 25% on the 30th day prior the event date. Once this is paid you are confirmed in our event calendar and no other booking can replace your event booking. Until your deposit is paid The Lucky 3 fun casino reserve the right to confirm another event booking on your event date, which may result in us not being available for your event. 
  • REMAINING BALANCE: The full remaining balance (once deposit has been paid) must be paid on or before the event date. If paying by  Bank Transfer you must send this 10 working days before you event date to give this time to clear in our account. If paying by cash on the night, this must be given to the Manager of the Event upon arrival before any set up or Casino games have commenced. Without cleared full payment of balance The Lucky 3 fun casino reserve the right to not operate your event.
  •  Any variation to the Services stated must be agreed in writing.
  •  The Client will be invoiced for the Casino services plus any Other Services agreed on the Booking Confirmation. The Client shall settle this invoice by the due date stated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Interest may be charged on all late payments at a rate of 8% per month above the Bank Of England base rate. Reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining payment from The Client where any payment due is late may also be charged.

3) CANCELLATIONS.

  • All cancellations must be put into writing and emailed to thelucky3funcasino@yahoo.com.
  •      In the event that the Client cancels an event they will be liable to pay cancellation charges as follows:
  • I) Cancellation over 21 days prior to the Event Date: Anything paid after the initial 25% of the deposit will be refunded
  • II) Cancellation made between 21 days and 11 days prior to the Event Date: 50% of Total Invoice 
  • III) Cancellation made 10 days or less full invoice will be fully  charged and event can be postponed to a future date (valid 6 month)
  • IV) All 25 % deposit payments are non-refundable. .

4) REFUNDS

  • If you are eligible for a refund you will need to supply your account name, sort code & account number to return this to
  •  If the venue provided by The Client is unable to accommodate the Acts(s) and the Act(s) is/are unable to perform for this reason The Client will be liable for cancellation charges as outlined above.

5) GENERAL
  •  The Client shall provide a suitable performance area for the Casino Tables and ensure there is an adequate power supply which meets industry standards if electrical equipment is to be used as part of the performance.
  •  The Client agrees that if any croupier is threatened, abused verbally or physically by anyone present at the event then the croupier will be entitled to refuse to work, without penalty. All Fees will remain payable by The Client .
  •  Any changes to the casino playing time schedule will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  •  In the event that any Croupier is unable to complete the full casino hire time due to a delay in the start of the hire time schedule, where such delay is no fault of the Croupier, the Client shall remain liable to pay the full Fee due.
  •  Should the Croupiers be required by the Client to extend the length of the hire time, a further fee may be charged as agreed between the parties.
  •  Croupiers are not obligated to finish any hire time that has started late due to the Clients actions or to extend the length of any performance.

6) COMPLAINTS

  • If you are unhappy with any part of your Fun Casino Nights event you must raise your issue with the event manager on the night to give us a chance to rectify your issue. If your issue cannot be resolved you must put your complaint in writing to thelucky3funcasino@yahoo.com.

7) Access and Safety

  • The Lucky 3 are not responsible for any damage or accidents caused by any misconduct by the hirer or any lack of care or attention on the part of the hirer. The equipment must not be moved from the agreed venue without prior consent from TL3. Access to and into the venue is the responsibility of the client and any equipment unable to be installed as a result of inadequate access will be charged in full, unless a representative of TL3 has visited the venue to approve access prior. It is the client's responsibility to inform TL3 of any steps, stairs, narrow access, enforceable parking restrictions or anything that may impair the access for the delivery or removal of the items ordered. TL3 reserves the right to refuse to supply items if the access would lead to damage to said items or pose an exceptional risk to the health and safety of the staff installing or collecting equipment.

8) Damage

  • The client hiring the equipment, whether they be the recipient of the equipment or the person responsible for engaging TL3, shall take full liability for any willful damage caused to, or theft of, the equipment whilst hired to them. TL3 reserves the right to charge the client for damage to the equipment due to severe negligence or vandalism. Charge will be made to repair or replace equipment, dependent on damage.

9) Public Liability
  • The Lucky 3 confirms that all equipment supplied is well maintained and covered by Public Liability Insurance. Public liability cover shall be deemed invalid if the equipment is tampered with in any way by persons other than TL3 or its representatives or if used inappropriately after advised TL3 or its representatives. Public liability insurance will be invalid if a representative of TL3 is not present at the event when the equipment is used, unless the aforementioned circumstance had been previously agreed with TL3 prior to the installation at the agreed venue.
 
  •  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
